Terms & Conditions

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF USE (“AGREEMENT” OR “TERMS OF USE”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES OFFERED BY PAKIZA STUDIO. THIS AGREEMENT SETS FORTH THE LEGALLY BINDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE AT WWW.PAKIZASTUDIO.COM (THE “SITE”) AND ALL SERVICES PROVIDED BY PAKIZA STUDIO ON THE SITE.

By using the Site in any manner, including but not limited to visiting or browsing the Site, you (the “user” or “you”) agree to be bound by this Agreement, including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. This Agreement applies to all users of the Site.


Order Cancellation, Refunds & Processing

ORDER REFUND/CANCELLATION:
If you wish to cancel an order or request a refund, please email us at help.pakizastudio@gmail.com within 24 hours of order confirmation.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours: No cancellation fees will apply.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours: A 25% restocking fee will be deducted.

You may opt for a "Goodwill Credit Refund." In this case, you will receive a Purchase Coupon worth your paid amount plus USD $10 extra for use on a future purchase. This coupon has lifetime validity and can be used once.

  • Orders canceled before shipping: Subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
  • Orders canceled after shipping: Will be treated as a return and processed according to our Return Policies and Procedures.

Custom Stitched Outfits & Standard Readymade Outfits

All outfits are tailored based on the measurements provided by the customer. Pakiza Studio ensures high-quality stitching and thorough inspection before shipping. Therefore:

  • Ill-fitting outfits: Not eligible for returns or refunds, as providing accurate measurements is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Slight variations: Due to the tailoring process, minor differences from website images are normal.

If alterations are needed after delivery, we recommend using a local seamstress to avoid the hassle and cost of shipping the product back.


Pakistani Products

We offer high-quality Pakistani suits from reputable brands. Please review the following policies carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Returns/Refunds:

  • Incorrect or Damaged Product: Eligible for return or refund if reported within 24 hours of delivery. Minor damage may qualify for an exchange. The product must be sent back to us for verification before processing an exchange or refund.

Non-Eligible for Returns/Refunds:

  • Differences in Accessories: Accessories (tassels, hangings, buttons, etc.) shown in images are for display purposes and may not be included in the final product.
  • Neckline Depth: Standard modest depths are stitched, and differences from model images are not grounds for return.
  • Color Variations: Due to lighting and photography, slight color differences are normal and not considered defects.

We guarantee 100% original branded dresses. However, slight variations from model images may occur.


Purchases During Sales

All purchases made during sales, promotional offers, or discount periods are final. Returns, refunds, and cancellations are not available for these items.


Product Care & Manufacturing Defects

To maintain the quality of your product, Dry Cleaning is strongly recommended. Please note:

  • Handmade Products: Slight irregularities in dyeing, embroidery, and stitching add to the uniqueness of the product.
  • Fabric Characteristics: Some fabrics (raw silk, khadi silk, brocade) may show texture variations, which are not defects.
  • Color Fastness: Some colors may run or fabrics may shrink upon dry cleaning.

Courier/Shipping-Related Issues

Non-Refundable Situations:
Pakiza Studio cannot process refunds in the following cases:

  • Parcels stuck at customs
  • Packages held by courier companies
  • Returns due to incorrect delivery addresses
  • Undelivered packages due to recipient unavailability
  • Parcels lost by the courier company
  • Delivery delays caused by courier issues
  • Other courier-related complications

Customer Responsibility:

  • Ensure your delivery address is accurate.
  • Track your package using the provided tracking number.
  • Keep your contact details updated.

Our customer support team can assist with tracking issues but cannot process refunds for courier-related problems.


Damages During Transit

Products are thoroughly inspected before shipping. If damage occurs during transit due to courier mishandling, Pakiza Studio is not responsible for such damages.


Returns Procedure

If you wish to initiate a return:

  1. Email us at help.pakizastudio@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the product, including your order number and photos for verification.
  2. Wait for confirmation before sending the item back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  3. Report all issues with a single order at the same time.
  4. Return items within 7 working days of our confirmation, including the original invoice and packaging.
  5. Use registered mail/courier for returns and keep the airway bill until delivery.

Refunds/Exchanges

  • Custom Stitched/Readymade Outfits: Cannot be returned/refunded unless incorrect or damaged (must be reported within 24 hours).
  • Fabric-Only Orders & Unstitched Outfits: Returns accepted for incorrect or damaged products.

Shipping costs, customs fees, and duties for returns are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds will be issued as store credit within 3–5 business days and must be used within 1 month.


Color & Description Disclaimer

  • Color Variations: Minor differences may occur due to lighting, photography, and screen settings.
  • Fabric Textures: Variations in texture (e.g., raw silk) are inherent to the fabric and not defects.

Beads and Embellishments

Beaded or sequined garments may experience some loss of embellishments during transit or wear. This is a normal characteristic of such products.


Customer Not Available at Delivery

If the courier makes 3 attempts to deliver and you are unavailable, the package may be abandoned or destroyed. Pakiza Studio is not responsible once this occurs.
